Santa Fe Air Conditioning's Energy Savings Agreement (planned maintenance) includes two precision tune-ups and professional cleanings per year, one every six months. One tune-up will be done on your heating equipment and the other on your cooling equipment. It is not necessary that these precision tune-ups be done prior to your turning your equipment on. What is more important is that they be done at regular 6-month intervals to keep your equipment running as efficiently as possible year round! Also with this plan you will receive a 15% discount on repairs and 5% discount on equipment purchases.
